OREGON CITY, Ore. (TCN) — A shocking domestic violence case has rocked Oregon City. Authorities have charged a local man with murder. They say he killed his live-in girlfriend. Even more disturbing, he allegedly got help from his teenage son to hide the body.
William Glen Blake, 56, was arrested on October 23. The charges are heavy. They include second-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. The victim was his girlfriend, Jennifer Ruth Stuart, 38.
Blake’s 15-year-old son also faces charges. He is being tried in juvenile court. The charges are abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence. His name is being withheld due to his age.
Detectives believe the horrifying incident occurred on August 15, 2025. Blake and Stuart were at their Oregon City home. An argument erupted. It turned deadly.
The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office stated Blake then “enlisted one of his teenage sons” for a sinister task. The pair allegedly drove Stuart’s remains far from the city. They dumped the body in a secluded area.
Stuart’s body was finally found on September 1. It was located deep within the Mount Hood National Forest. Her death was quickly ruled a homicide.
Investigators pressed Blake. Deputies allege he admitted to the core facts. He and Stuart argued. It became violent. The confrontation led directly to her death.
Blake is currently held without bail at the Clackamas County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court this week.
The teen son has been released. He is with his mother pending further court proceedings. The Sheriff’s Office indicated another teenager may also have key information.
They are urging anyone with information to contact the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
